Great stop frame animation.
Lyrics
Teenage Dream [Glee Cast]
Maybe not my normal style, but I love this version of Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream done on the last episode of Glee.
Do You Love Me? [Guster]
Great song, love the new album.
Be Calm [fun.]
Lead singer from The Format. Good stuff
You Can Call Me Al [Paul Simon]
A few tweets from Stacey Mulcahy made me think of all the great music memories I have with my dad. Probably my favorite was riding around Bellevue, Wa in his Toyota Supra. The best part is that he would let me shift while riding shotgun. The Graceland album by Paul Simon brings it all back including the smell of the leather seats.
Joy Enough to Go Round [Walmart/Coke Commercial]
Ok so I know this isn’t really the sort of song I put on the blog, but it’s good. Makes you want go find some cool family and ask if they’ll adopt you.
Tune Out [The Format]
Not new, but a favorite. It showed up on my shuffle.
Quiet Little Voices [We Were Promised Jetpacks]
Lots of “oh oh oh”s and a nice fast paced sound.
Seven Minutes [Caitlin Hart]
Great intro, deceptively happy tone, slightly odd lyrics, and whistling. What more do you want?
I typed up the lyrics myself. They may not be perfect.
Blame It on the Girls [Mika]
I’m a Mika fan. I love the upbeat melody combined with the slight cynical lyrics.
The new album does not disappoint.
